Forstner bits have a lot of uses in your workshop, but when they get dull, they are frustrating to work with. One alternative is to send them out for sharpening, but that can put them out of commission for a week or two.       Hi, anselhall!

      Yes, this works great on forstner bits with teeth as well. When doing this on forstner bits with teeth, I find that it is really important to have a good light source, and I also put on 2x reading glasses so that I can really see the angles of the teeth as I am honing them.
