I get your e-mails that show a short free video, and then a preview of a “premium” video. After watching the preview, it says that I need to log in to see the full video, which I do. But once logged in, I can’t find the full video. It would help greatly if the website was programmed to take you directly to the full video featured in the e-mail, after you have logged in, of course.

hos.halas, I used to have the same problem. Here’s what you need to do: right-click on the “Sign In” button and open it in a new tab. Now, sign in, but leave the tab OPEN. Now click on the tab that you watched the “premium video preview” on and “refresh” the page. The same “premium video preview” will come back up, except now you’ll be signed-in, and can access the full video. That’s how I do it, and I’ve not had any more problems with having to try to find the video again.

      Randy,
To be honest I don’t think you will get very much in the way of response due to “liability “ issues!! I have chronic health issues and have also helped individuals with disabilities and mobility issues. You have to Taylor the bench to suit your needs. Either a bench that can be lowered or a chair that can be raised is helpful. The one from harbor Freight Tools is great because it has the holes in it, that you can then use to clamp down your tools. Rockler has some great clamping ideas for the workbench that would help as a second hand. You may need help getting everything setup to meet your needs, but then you should be able to do quite a bit. Just make sure that whatever you do, you think it through, and make sure it is a safe setup. Good luck and hope you find your niche.

I ordered DVD’s from WGOA; “sketchup fundamentals” & “sketchup beyond the basics”. The order arrived a few days later but I haven’t had a chance to view them until today. I don’t see anything on your site that allows me to look at past orders or I would give you an order #. I opened the fundamentals dvd case and wala no dvd inside. The other one was fine but after reviewing it, I really want the fundamentals dvd. Could you please send me that DVD?

Hello. Your best bet is to turn the wood as soon after it is cut as possible. Also, you can apply CA glue at the intersection of bark and wood to help hold the bark in place.
