I am looking to purchase my first scroll saw. Do you have recommendations on a brand for a beginner with a limited budget?

Hi. I would avoid the $100 category if you can help it as these machines generally have so much vibration that it makes it hard to do quality work.
I like this as a middle of the road offering: https://amzn.to/2QJ9E9G.
For a bit more you could own one of these: http://amzn.to/2FMWbv9
The DeWalt is the one that I own, and I really enjoy using it. I was able to find mine used on Craigslist. I would check there first because there are often a lot of scroll saws available.
      Thanks

Yes – would love to see the full video – stops right when George is about to show the surface finish.

I do have a scroll saw and use it regularly. On the video itself, there seemed to be a glitch, as it suddenly stopped about 3 minutes in.
