Hello Henry,

Here’s what the experts had to say about your question:

This is my favorite product to use on bowls that get a lot of use for serving food: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001F7JUDK/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=toolmetrix00-20&camp=1789&creative=9325&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=B001F7JUDK&linkId=994cda63e83936aa7f4fa3f3f50b5e47&th=1

Paul

Please let us know if you have any further questions

Sincerely,

I make bowls and cups that are used for eating and drinking and never use epoxy. I have been eating out of the same bowls for over 20 years and never had one leak. Just don’t turn them end grain. Wooden bowls, plates and cups have been used for hundreds of years without epoxy. Just oil them once in a while , but not with cooking oil. The shape of this bowl is vey pleasing and interesting.

Truly crafted by a top-tier wood carver, I can tell. This would be so satisfying to watch from beginning to end. Everything here is perfect, even the step-to-step guide. I just hope you filmed the entire process or just even by every step of it to further understand and visualize these processes than just showing a non-moving pictures.
