I am considering buying a cabinet table saw and was wondering if anyone had thoughts and pros / cons of the 10" Unisaw vs the Powermatic cabinet saws? Specs look quite comparable. I am actually leaning towards the Unisaw but not even sure why I'm leaning.

Are you considering new or used saws? If new, I like the redesigned Unisaw quite a bit, and would probably lean that way over the Powermatic. I like the sawstop better than either of them, however, and if I were in the market for a cabinet saw and had the dough I would give that one a good look.

If you are looking at used, then it depends on the model, configuration, etc. but in general I would consider the unisaw and powermatic to be pretty comparable tools and I wouldn't hesitate to have either of them in my shop. I own a Unisaw that is probably 8 years old now and it has performed extremely well for me.

You are going to love having a cabinet saw. Looking forward to hearing which way you go, and how you like it.
