   I just wanted to drop a line and say what a great job you've done with the instructional videos. My grandson has started watching them. My wife says that he is gearing up for summer. She says he wants to learn what his grandpa learned but he says he using your videos to help him catchup. He has asked if he can start by doing layouts for tenons. I told him, of course, but we will also learn to use some other hand tools til I get comfortable having him in the shop. I told him I still have all ten of my fingers and I expect that you keep yours. By the way he's 12. Things may change when he discovers girls. LOL
   He stopped by tonight, popped some popcorn, popped in your video on Essentials and watched it again. I think he's got the bug. Anyway, thanks again and keep the videos coming.

   I'm thrilled to hear your grandson is enjoying the videos, and hopefully learning along the way. I was about 11 when I was influenced by a shop teacher, Mr. Mathis, and that influence affected my life in a huge way.

   Sounds like you'll have a woodworking-filled summer ahead of you, with a shop partner at your side.
