Setting table saw blade parallel

    I've got a contractor grade table saw that produces angled cuts using the miter guides or the fence. How do i parallel the blade to match the guides/fence. I've been able to adjust my cuts to match the blade so far, but it's very annoying.

    more details about your saw will be helpful in us helping you, there are trunnion adjustments under the top, search this site for a video on trunnion adjustments maybe there is one.

    It's a 10" delta contractor saw. It's about 13 years old now. I'll look for the trunnions adjustment. Woodcraft suggested that I would need to insert small washers to appropriately shift the motor/blade. It is a direct drive, not a belt

    sorry eric i dont know enough about direct drive saws to help, have you called delta yet?
