I have the Ryboi band saw 14". it has a lot of vibration which is driving me up a wall. Is there a fix for this or am I getting what I paid for?

I've used a handful of bench top band saws with pretty good luck. The key will be to try to isolate the vibration. Try removing the blade and running the saw. Only the bottom wheel will spin. See if you still have vibration under those circumstances. If you do, you may have a bottom wheel that's out of balance.

If it runs OK with no blade on, but vibrates with the blade on, you may have a high spot in a tire. With the machine unplugged, spin the wheels by hand and see if you can feel any bumps in the tires. If you can, you'll need to try and level the bump out by light sanding.

Let me know if this works for you.
