   Hi, first post to this forum, just joined the site. I have over 20 years experience and do custom projects on the side.

   I'm working on a commissioned jewelry box and the customer wants to be able to lock it all up. I got the lid worked out no problem, but there are 3 drawers on the front. I need ideas on how to lock all of those. There isn't enough material on the dividers to support any kind of catch. Anyone got a fix?

   dm, would it be too cumbersome or tacky to run some kind of (say, wooden, or chrome-plated with a wooden handle) rod through the drawers, accessible only from the top, after the lid is opened ?
