This is deceptively easy. I needed some small tight curves sanded, but didn't have a rasp or file the right size. I then remembered that I had some self adhesive hook and loop tape and small 1/8" scraps. I peeled the backing off the hook side and stuck it on the wood. Then cut some hook and loop sandpaper and stuck it on. Easy! The loop side works with Hook-it II as well. Like self made emery boards, but any grit you need!

Cool idea, Mark! Thanks for sharing. You might want to submit that to WWGOA as a tip for publication, as it might be worth $100. Go here for details: http://www.wwgoa.com/articles/one-great-tip/woodworking-tips-for-dollars/
