I was thrilled to work with Woodworkers Journal and Craftsman on the Craftsman Experience show. We did three one hour live shows and built an acoustic guitar. The guitar was to be donated to Guitars For Vets. We left the studio in Chicago with a nearly complete instrument. I had to do some final details, plus finishing and set up. The guitar is done. Check out the photo. It'll be auctioned at the Guitars For Vets Rock the Rumble fund raiser in Milwaukee June 11. I'm hoping it brings in some cash for this great organization.

I embellished the guitar kit a little, using whitetail antler for the truss rod cover, reclaimed ponderosa pine for the head veneer and pick guard, and soap stone for the heel cap. Thanks to U.S. Guitar Kits for donating the kit. http://www.usguitarkits.com
