Important Notice: 7/8/13 WWGOA.com Website Upgrade

We recently upgraded the WWGOA.com website to better serve you. This upgrade may affect your WWGOA experience in several ways as indicated below:

WWGOA Premium Members. WWGOA Premium Members with an active subscription can continue to access premium videos with your existing username and password.

WWGOA Store Customers. If you purchased an item from the WWGOA online store prior to 7/8/13, you will need to create a new account during the checkout process when making your next purchase. If you have any questions about orders placed before 7/8/13, please contact support by calling 1-855-253-0822 or emailing wwgoasubscription@program-director.net.

Posting Comments on Articles and Videos. To provide a better experience, we have added the DISQUS comment tool to all of our articles and videos. To post a comment simply type your message and sign in using your favorite social media channel or create a DISQUS account.

Accessing Premium Membership Accounts

What are the benefits of being a WWGOA Premium Member?

As a WWGOA Premium Member you gain access to both free woodworking content AND premium woodworking content including Tips and Techniques, Projects and Classes, Articles and downloadable Woodworking Plans. You can sign up for a monthly or annual Premium Membership. Click here to find out more information on becoming a WWGOA Premium Member.

Do I have to join to view the videos?

Our video site contains both free and premium content. You do not need to be a WWGOA Premium Member to view the free content on the website. You do need to be a paid WWGOA Premium Member if you want to view the premium content. If you are a WWGOA Premium Member, login in to the website to view the premium video content.

How do I access my Premium Membership Account?

On the home page (http://www.wwgoa.com) click the log in button at the top right hand side of the page.

How do I reset my password?

Go into the login page and select forgot my password. Enter your username and select Send New Password. If you are logged in to your account, you can change your password by clicking on the Account Details.

I forgot my username; can I have it sent to me?

Email customer service at wwgoasubscription@program-director.net with your first and last name and we’ll send you your username.

 

Membership Information

 

How do I pay for my monthly Premium Membership?

Monthly Membership: Your monthly membership lasts for a 30-day period starting on the day you register and pay for your WWGOA Premium Membership.

Annual Membership: Your annual membership lasts for a one-year period starting on the day you register and pay for your WWGOA Premium Membership.

Your membership will automatically renew using the credit card we have on file, at the then prevailing member dues rate. Monthly memberships will be charged approximately 5 days prior to the end of your monthly term. Annual memberships will be charged approximately 10 days prior to the end of your current term and you will be notified prior to the renewal. We do this to ensure uninterrupted access to your membership benefits and renewals are applied to the end of the current term. Your credit card statement will list your membership as WWGOA.com Purchase. You can reach customer service by email at wwgoasubscription@program-director.net, or at 1-855-253-0822 should you choose to remove your membership from automatic renewal.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation of your monthly membership will be effective the next billing cycle. Cancellation in the first 30 days of your annual membership will result in a full refund. Cancellation after 30-days will result in a prorated refund.

Gift Membership: Your annual gift membership will not automatically renew prior to the end of the annual term. To renew a gift membership, please contact customer service at 1-855-253-0822 or at wwgoasubscription@program-director.net.

Free Trials, Promotions and Other Offers: When other offers, promotions or free trials are made available, the specific terms and conditions that apply to each will be stated at the time of purchase; please ensure you have noted any relevant rules, cancellation dates or price changes when a promotion or free trial ends.

How long can I access the video content?

Our annual WWGOA Premium Membership allows you to view all of the premium video content for one year from the start of your membership. Monthly memberships allow you to view all of the premium video content for 30 days.

How do I cancel my membership?

We are confident you will enjoy your Premium Membership. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid Annual Membership, we will refund 100% of your membership fee no questions asked. After 30 days we will refund your membership fee on a pro-rata basis if you are not happy with your membership. There are no refunds on monthly memberships.

Ordering Questions

How do I check out when I get a message that my cart is empty?

If you receive a message that your cart is empty, try clearing your internet browser’s cache (browsing history.) Once the cache is cleared, open a new browser and attempt your order again. If you continue to have issues contact customer service for support.

My order says I need to fill in all the required fields, but I have everything filled in. How do I complete my order?

Technical Questions

Are there any system requirements to view the video content?

Our video content is best when viewed on a computer manufactured in the past couple of years with a good broadband Internet connection (not dial-up). We also highly recommend using the latest version of Firefox, Safari or Chrome as your Internet Browser, though recent versions of Internet Explorer will work as well. The recommended screen resolution is 1024 x 768 or larger.

How do I view the video in full screen?

On the video play back page simply click the full screen button (4 arrows pointing outwards). To exit press the ESC key located in the top left of most keyboards.

How do I find a video? What is a keyword?

You can find videos in two ways. Click the Categories link in the navigation bar. This will allow you to view video content by topic. You can also use the search bar at the top of the page.

Can I access the video content from my mobile device?

Yes, you can access the video content from any mobile device connected to the Internet.
