DeWalt Precision Trim 12" Saw Blade

Is DeWalt now on the cutting edge? They appear to be with their new line of table saw and miter saw blades. While it's always difficult to test the quality of cutting tools, it looks like DeWalt did a nice job on these blades. The cuts they were making in their AWFS booth, in hardwoods, reflected a very nice surface finish and little or no chipping. All of the blades are thin kerf and include expansion and harmonic slots to help reduce vibration. According to DeWalt, the teeth on these blades have 30% more carbide than their leading competitor, which allows more sharpenings.

Here's a complete chart of DeWalt's new blades. Pricing looks competitive on these blades. Check with a distributor near you for individual blade pricing.
